What kind of materials are used on your products normally ?

Materials include: Carbon Steel, Spring Steel, Q195 steel, Q235 steel, Stainless Steel（304、316、321、etc.）, Brass, Phosphor-Bronze, Silicon-Bronze, and any other material to the customers requirments.

How to ensure that every process's quality?

Every process will be checked by our quality inspection department which insures every product's quality.

Can you customize the products according to samples or drawing design?

Yes. We have advanced equipment and professional technicians. We can produce by your samples or technical drawings.

Can you provide some sample?

Samples in stock can be provided free of charge, but freight has to be paid by buyers. If it is a custom sample, the proofing fee is required.

What is the delivery time ?

The delivery time is determined by the purchase quantity. We have a large factory and a large number of advanced equipment, so the delivery time is generally fast.

What is your payment method?

30%-50% value of T/T in advance and other balance before delivery.
